Dr. Rugh's primary responsibilities are to oversee curriculum. She chairs the College Curriculum Council, which is responsible for reviewing all proposed course and program changes. Additional duties include oversight of the Bachelor of General Studies Program and coordination with the School of Education in preparing high school teachers who have an emphasis in the social sciences. She is also involved in special projects for improving teaching and learning within the college.
